At the far east of the Vallery, 32 kilometers from kathmandu and at an altitude of  2,190 metres, Nagarkot is widely  considered to have the most excellent views of the Himalayan from the Kathmandu Valley.

Shivapuri

Shivapuri (144 sq km) is located on the northern tassel of Kathmandu valley and lies about 12 km away from the center of capital city. This hiking begins at Budhamilkantha (northern Kathmandu) with the option end at Nagarkot or Dhulikhel.

Once you reach the vantage point, the entire Kathmandu Valley unfolds like a giant map. From Budhanilkantha in the north to Bhaktapur in the east, one can see the whole stretch of the Ring Road, visibly outlined by the giant pipal trees that have been planted on either side of the road.

Yala Sambat 5020

Margh 1st – new year colebration of Kirati, Prayer of earth and nature, celebrate new year with the rember of their ancient king “Yalambar” . So, the title is called “Yala”.Yala called Yalamber.

In this day people boiled "Tarul (Root food)". According to the Bairage Kaila, Kirati used to take 43 types of species of root food. Among the cost of Kirati, Rai, Limbhu,, Sunuwar and Yakha had plays vital role to take legamate of their sambat. Rai says Yale Dong, Limbhu says Tanngbay and Sunuwar says Thochew for their new year.
